Chasing Dreams...................

From childhood I loved chasing dreams and till date have been chasing it…. But slowly I have started realizing how difficult it is to chase dreams. It is difficult for one to live chasing dreams and see all the dreams converted into reality.

I have been slowly converting my dreams into action by traveling places where I have never been to; being in situations that might seem strange for me, facing the hardships that I was not ready to face fully, learning from failures which I never thought would occur, meeting people whom I never thought would meet and so on……….but my dreams are going higher and higher and hope I don’t falter on the way chasing my dreams.

Chasing dreams has taken my time, energy, money and what not, but I am happy for some of the dreams have been converted into actions. With most of my dreams related to catering to the needs of the needy in rural India "The Real INDIA", I need many a guiding hand in chasing this dreams and help converting it into action. Just praying god that I go on chasing my dreams and to give me the strength and will power to convert my dreams into action and also see that in my chasing my dreams I do not hurt or make feel the pain amongst my near and dear ones which I could face.

An interesting thing is that currently my dreams have found five ways for me to act and all leading to my final destination but don’t know what hurdles lay ahead in the these paths which I would have to travel by and also whether will my near and dear ones be ready to travel by along with me………or should I change my dreams with some adjustments that could be convenient for my near and dear ones to come along with me and for me to convert my dreams into action as well……..…
Time has the answers to it ...........
and me back to Chasing dreams.........

Study Tour experience

It’s been long since I posted last, well continuing with the study tour.

The study tour was memorable experience with lots of learning’s, fun and enjoyment that one can get rarely in a lifetime.

Visiting different NGO’s from Himalayas to Slums of Delhi to Deserts of Rajasthan with 24 fellow classmates and our professor.

Our visit started from Nawabon ki shahar Lucknow where we visited two institutions namely SPARC and Helpage India. The SPARC visit was sensitizing one, where we saw how well an NGO works for the upliftment of disabled people especially in rural areas of Lucknow and Barabanki districts of Uttarpradesh.

Next it was followed with visit to Tehri Garhwal where we visited Hifeed a grassroot NGO working in EDP related activities and livelihood promotion.we were just bowled over by the scenic beauty that nature has to offer to us everywhere, here in the himlayas, in addition to myself and friends enjoying the cold conditions in Himalayas, worth a lot, indescribable fully.

After Himalayas it was next turn of Delhi where we visited SOS children’s village and Deepalaya (both the organizations doing commendable work) in overall growth of deprived children and developing children in slum areas, in addition it was sight seeing all the way which I could not miss, visiting first time Delhi.

After Delhi next visit was to the deserts of Rajasthan where the ambience was excellent, and staying in deserts and learning things with friends was fantastic experience, as part of study tour we visited Gravis and Unnati both well known Ngo’s in Rajasthan for their work on watershed and Local self governance.
Then it was back to a long journey by Jodhpur – Howrah express to Jharkhand.

The End of Study Tour.
